I Love Starbucks!

I am not a coffee drinker at all. I love the smell but don't really understand how people can stand the bitter taste of coffee. I am definitely a tea drinker but because of Starbucks, I have ventured into drinking the latte's and the blended coffee drinks. Of course the main reason I am able to drink the so-called "coffee" drink is because of the sugar and milk that gets added to the drink. I clearly have my favorites when I go to Starbucks. The ones that I rotate through are as follows: green tea latte, chai tea latte, green tea frappucino and chai tea frappucino. On the rare occasion that I don't feel like any of the above, I do try other flavors like the java chip frappucino, vanilla latte, and caramel macchiato.

*Did you know that the frappucino is a trademarked line at Starbucks?*

When I do get a hot drink, I have to wait at least 15 minutes before I can enjoy my drink. I am not good with hot drinks at all. I always end up burning my tongue or something. Weak, I know. I especially love the sleeves that come with the cup (who came up with the word "sleeve" for coffee drinks anyway? Makes sense though). How thoughtful is something so simple as that! But lately, I've been thinking it's not all that great for our environment. Every time I go to Starbucks, yes, it keeps my hands from burning but I go through so many. So in efforts to save the environment, even if it's one sleeve at a time, I went onto Etsy (one of my favorite craft websites) to see if anyone is selling custom sleeves. It is then that I found some amazingly cute custom sleeves! People are so creative and crafty. My director at works loves her Starbucks too so I decided that this would make great Christmas gifts for all my coffee/tea drinking friends.

If you don't have your own custom coffee cup sleeve, get one or two. I love mine (see mine above) and how trendy is it to have your own sleeve! The only thing you have to remember when you order your sleeve is the size. If you are a grande or venti drinker, make sure the sleeve you purchase fits around your cup.

Here's a link to the gal who I ordered my sleeves from. Super nice lady!
